Terms & Conditions

Website and Service Terms

Effective Date: September 2, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Envíos y Más a Centroamérica website, store-related services, shipping and logistics services, money-transfer related services, and other services we make available. By using our website, purchasing products, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Our Business

We are a Houston, Texas-based Hispanic business serving customers with shipping and community-focused services connecting the United States with Central America. Our offerings may include retail products, imported foods and goods, package and box shipping, vehicle transportation, parcel-by-the-pound services, and money-transfer services, depending on availability, destination, and applicable law.

2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when requesting a service. You are responsible for verifying names, addresses, telephone numbers, recipient details, vehicle information, package contents, values, and any other information needed to complete a transaction.

3. Shipping Services

Shipping times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delivery may be affected by customs, inspections, weather, transportation interruptions, government actions, holidays, carrier delays, destination accessibility, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

• Customers must accurately disclose package contents and must not ship prohibited, illegal, hazardous, restricted, or undeclared items.

• Customers are responsible for adequate packaging unless we expressly agree to provide packing services.

• Customs duties, taxes, storage charges, inspections, fines, permits, or destination-country fees may be the customer's or recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Weight, dimensions, destination, declared value, type of shipment, and special handling may affect pricing.

• Any loss or damage claim must be reported promptly and will be handled according to the applicable carrier, insurer, shipment receipt, and service terms.

4. Vehicle Transportation

Vehicle transportation to supported destinations is subject to documentation, title/ownership requirements, customs rules, port requirements, carrier availability, inspections, taxes, duties, and destination-country regulations. Estimated departure and arrival dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Money Transfers

Money-transfer services may be provided directly or through authorized third-party providers and are subject to identity verification, transaction limits, fraud prevention procedures, applicable laws, provider terms, fees, exchange rates, and destination restrictions. We may decline or delay a transaction when required for compliance, verification, security, or fraud prevention.

6. Retail Products, Food, Medicines and Vitamins

Product selection and availability may change. Imported, seasonal, homemade, and artisanal foods may vary in appearance, ingredients, packaging, and availability. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should ask about ingredients before purchase. Medicines, vitamins, and supplements are sold subject to applicable law and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medical conditions.

7. Prices and Payments

Prices, service fees, exchange-related charges, shipping charges, and other costs may change. The price confirmed at the time of a completed transaction governs that transaction unless an error, additional government/carrier charge, incorrect customer information, or material change in requested service requires an adjustment.

8. No Refunds

ALL SALES AND SERVICE PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where a refund is expressly required by applicable law. Please review all transaction information before payment. Additional details are provided in our separate No-Refund Policy.

9. Cancellations, Changes and Failed Transactions

A request to change or cancel a shipment, vehicle transport, money transfer, order, or other service is not guaranteed. Once processing, transportation, transfer, purchasing, preparation, or third-party fulfillment has begun, the transaction may be irreversible. If a third-party provider rejects or cannot complete a transaction, any resolution will be governed by applicable law and the provider's rules.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website or services for fraud, money laundering, illegal transactions, prohibited goods, false documentation, infringement, abusive conduct, or any activity that violates U.S. law, Texas law, destination-country law, carrier rules, or payment/provider requirements.

11. Third-Party Providers

We may rely on carriers, freight companies, ports, customs brokers, payment processors, financial-service providers, delivery partners, and other third parties. Their terms, limitations, processing requirements, and privacy practices may also apply.

12. Website Information

We try to keep website information accurate, but product availability, routes, pricing, schedules, service areas, images, and descriptions may change. Website content is provided for general information and does not create a guarantee unless expressly confirmed in a transaction document.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited as permitted by applicable law and any applicable shipment, carrier, insurer, payment-provider, or transaction terms.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, penalties, or expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, false or incomplete information, prohibited package contents, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

15. Intellectual Property

The Envíos y Más a Centroamérica name, branding, graphics, website content, and original materials may not be copied or used without permission, except as allowed by law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services, website, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated effective date will be posted with the revised Terms.
